Brand new house in Lawson. We are looking to rent out one of our rooms to a FEMALE uni student or short term traveller. The room has a shared bathroom. We are looking for a clean, tidy, respectful, organised student who will look after their room and respect our privacy as we will theirs. Non smokers only. We have two respectful children aged 11 and 15. We have a toy dog (cavoodle) that lives mostly outside.
